Every precaution is in place to prevent against injury, escape, or death of your pet. The staff and/or facility will not be held liable for problems that develop provided reasonable care and precautions are followed. Upon check in, you will be asked to give a phone number where we may reach you in the event of an emergency. If you are unavailable and your pet requires immediate or emergency medical attention, they will be treated by our Veterinary staff. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES FOR TREATMENT THAT ARE DEEMED NECESSARY BY OUR STAFF OF VETERINARIANS.

Vaccination Requirements for Boarding:

WE REQUIRE PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINES ADMINISTERED BY A VETERINARIAN.


Vaccines required for dogs are:
1 and/or 3 year Rabies

1 and/or 3 year DHPP-C (includes Distemper and Parvo)
Every 6 months Infectious Tracheobronchitis (aka Canine Cough or Bordetella) vaccine

Every 6 months negative fecal exam

Vaccines required for indoor cats are:
Annual Rabies

Annual FVRCP

Annual negative fecal

Proof of negative FELV/FIV test (once in their lifetime)


Vaccines required for outdoor cats or cats that go outside are:
Annual FVRCP

Annual FELV

1 and/or 3 year Rabies

Annual negative fecal

Annual FELV/FIV test

If your dog or cat is not current on any of these vaccines, our staff will be happy to send them to our Veterinarians on site and have them vaccinated at an additional charge. Examinations are required if any vaccines are needed and an office visit fee will apply in addition to the cost of the vaccines.  State law requires our veterinarians to perform a physical exam before administering any vaccines to ensure a pet is healthy enough.

All pets must also be free of fleas and ticks as well as internal parasites, or they will be treated at the time of admission at the owner’s expense.


You are charged for each day in the facility, beginning with the day of arrival. A boarding day consists of the time you drop off until check out at 12:00 NOON the next day. Picking up after 12:00 noon will result in an additional day boarding charge. We prefer that you pick up your pets from boarding after 9 a.m. to give our staff time to finish morning feeding and activities. OUR OFFICE HOURS FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF ARE 7 AM TO 6 PM MONDAY- FRIDAY AND 8AM TO 1PM SATURDAYS.

Once we receive your Boarding Reservation Request we will call you, please be sure to provide a number where we may reach you.

GROOMING PRICES
